With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Chris founded the agency in 2015 with a clear mission: to provide personalized, dependable service to every client. His deep industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to client care have shaped the agency’s reputation for excellence. Chris wears many hats—advisor, advocate, and agency leader—and he’s known for going the extra mile to ensure every policyholder feels supported and informed.
When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Chris cheering on his favorite teams at a University of Kentucky or University of Louisville game.

A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, McKenzie earned her degree in Marketing and Management in May 2024. She began her career in Cincinnati as a Life & Health Agent, where she spent the past year helping clients navigate their insurance needs with clarity and care. Recently returning home to Louisville, McKenzie is now fully licensed in both Life & Health and Property & Casualty—and ready to help clients protect what matters most.
McKenzie is passionate about building strong relationships and guiding individuals and families through every step of their coverage journey. Her thoughtful, client-first approach ensures that each person feels supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.
